OZ NEANDERTAL, Gánovce, Municipal Office in Gánovce with the financial support of the Prešov self-governing region (invitation of PSK deputies, 2024) are organizing the 9th annual art symposium in ART 4G Park in Gánovce. During the event, 1 sculptor, 2 ceramicists and 3 artists will work with us.
The grand opening will be on September 5, 2024 (Thursday) at 5:00 p.m. in the ART 4G Park in Gánovce with the participation of the mayor of the village (Mgr. Michal Mateny).
The opening will be on September 14, 2024 (Saturday) at 4:30 p.m. also in the ART 4G Park in Gánovce.
Children's creative workshops will be part of the Symposium on September 6, 2024 (Friday) at 3:00 p.m. under the leadership of A. Dominiková and on September 10, 2024 (Tuesday) at 3:00 p.m. under the leadership of M. Michlíková in the ART 4G Park in Gánovce.
On September 10, 2020, at 5:00 p.m., there will be a theater performance by the Comedia theater from Poprad (admission is voluntary). The theater will take place in the basement of the kindergarten, alternatively in the hall of the Municipal Office.

The Važecká jaskyňa cave, which is located on the southern edge of the village of Važec, is the most visited natural landmark of the upper Liptov region. The cave is counted among the best-known paleontological sites as far as discoveries of bones of the cave bear are concerned.

One of the best preserved Slovak wooden sacral buildings is the articled Evangelical Church of the Holy Trinity (Kostol sv. Tojice) in Kežmarok. In 2008, along with seven wooden churches of the Slovak part of Carpathian Mountain Area, it was included on the UNESCO Word Heritage List.
The dominant of the town Kežmarok is the Castle Kežmarský hrad that has entered the history of tourism in the High Tatras as the salient point of the first known tourist trip to this mountain range.
The local part of Spišská Belá - Strážky in the east of Slovakia today represents a complete compound of cultural and historical monuments. The manor house in Strážky is a gem of the Renaissance architecture in Slovakia.

Ženská reprezentácia Slovenska sa predstavila v Poprade naposledy v roku 2022, keď spoločne s vypredanou Poprad Arénou oslavovala postup na majstrovstvá Európy. Od 12. do 14. júna 2026 sa v Poprad Aréne predstaví seniorská reprezentácia žien. Na druhom turnaji Európskej ligy, ktorá bude od tohto roka zároveň slúžiť aj ako kvalifikácia na majstrovstvá Európy 2028, sa Slovenky stretnú s Izraelom a Fínskom. V piatok o 18:30 nastúpia proti Izraelu, v nedeľu o 16:00 ich čaká zápas s Fínskom. V sobotu o 16:00 je na programe duel Fínsko – Izrael. Okrem kvalitného volejbalu sa môžete tešiť aj na sprievodný program, šou a maskota Felixa. Príďte si užiť špičkový európsky volejbal a povzbudiť slovenskú reprezentáciu žien naživo!
