Skalná ihla je viac známa pod názvom „Čertova skala“ – kamenný výtvor, ktorý je vysoký 12 m a spája sa s ním povesť spojená s výstavbou Ľubovnianskeho hradu. Nachádza sa v nive rieky Poprad asi 2,5 km od obce Chmeľnica. Od roku 1989 je tento prírodný výtvor vyhlásený za prírodnú pamiatku.

The Greek Catholic wooden church of St Cosmo and Damian from 1708 and 1709. It is the log structure consisting of three parts built on stone masonry. The architectural particularity of this church is the overhanging attic on pillars around the building. It is also the only church in Slovakia with a cellar. Baroque elements prevail in its interior. The majority of pieces in the iconostas are from the 18th century, but it also contains icons of the 16th and 17th centuries.

The Roman Catholic wooden church of Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary from 1785. It is a single nave log building which serves to the Roman Catholic believers and those of eastern ritual. Its interior decoration is varied. It contains icons and fragments moved here from the church in Stará Ľubovňa.

The tourist attraction of Spišská Magura and the spa Vyšné Ružbachy are several craters.

The only accessible cave in the north-east of Slovakia is the cave Zlá Diera (Bad Hole) near the village Lipovce. Speleological (cave) guides are available for demanding visitors. The basic route takes about 40 minutes. It is not demanding and suitable for children. Solid shoes and warm clothes are recommended (the temperature in the cave moves around 7 degrees of Celsius).

Litmanovská Hora Zvir je mariánskym pútnickým miestom zjavenia Panny Márie. Panna Mária sa tu zjavila dvom dievčatám, vtedy jedenásťročnej Ivete Korčákovej a dvanásťročnej Kataríne Češelkovej v izbičke dreveného zrubu (majdanu), ktorý dodnes stojí na lúke obkolesenej lesom.

The mountain Zvir in Litmanová is a Marian spiritual place of pilgrimages and a place of apparition of the Holy Virgin Mary. The Mother of God appeared to two girls, at that time the 11-year old Iveta Korčáková and the 12-year old Katarína Češelková in a small room of a wooden hay-barn (majdán) which is located there on a meadow surrounded by forests until today.

The Izabela Thermal Swimming Resort with five outdoor swimming pools (including two children swimming pools) is located in the attractive setting of Vyšné Ružbachy. There is also an indoor thermal swimming pool open throughout the year. The wide range of services includes a balneal programme, a wellness programme and sports facilities.

The Greek Catholic wooden church of St Lucas the Evangelist was built in 1826. It consists of three parts and stands on stone masonry. The iconostas of the 18th century also contains several older icons from the 17th century.

In the Branisko mountains, between the village of Lipovce and the settlement of Lačnov, there is a unique 2 km long canyon created by the Lačnov brook. This extremely attractive locality can be found on maps and in the literature under various names; it is most often referred to as the Lačnov Canyon, the Lačnovská Strait or the Lačnovský Stream Strait, but some also call it the Little Slovak Paradise.

The Greek Catholic wooden church of St Michael the Archangel is from the 18th century. It is a log structure consisting of three parts. Parts of iconostas are from different periods. The lavishly ornamented tsar door is the part that attracts attention. Some pictures of the iconostas are from the 19th century. The icon of Pokrova is from the end of the 18th century. The altar dates to 1716.

The Roman Catholic wooden Church of St Francis of Assisi (Kostol sv. Františka z Assisi) is in 2008, along with seven wooden churches of the Slovak part of Carpathian Mountain Area, it was included on the UNESCO Word Heritage List.

The National Park of Pieniny (PIENAP) is the smallest of the Slovak National Parks, but as far as its beauty concerns, it is in no way less beautiful. It is the second oldest Park in Slovakia. It stretches on the border with Poland; the river Dunajec passes through it. It is possible to hire a raft and admire the wonderful scenery of the Park navigating down the river.
