You can start mostly on the asphalt route in the spa village of Lucky. Take a long descent to Liptovská Teplá, continue on the plain to Bešeňová where you join the asphalt road leading around Liptovská Mara. Continue by a gentle climb over the railway, a short descent and before the village of Potok turn right from the main road. This is followed by a steep asphalt climb rewarded with a beautiful view of the Choč Mountains, the Low Tatras and the Lower Besenovská water reservoir. The path descends, followed by a few turns and you are in a village called Vlašky. After a short ascent to the dam wall, you will pass the church on the right side and on your left hand will be the archaeological museum Havránok. The road rises above the water surface and turns back to it in Bobrovník. Cross the main road and continue through Bukovina, where at the end of the village turn left to the dirt road and the valley on the asphalt road, which begins later, you arrive in Malatiná. Take a walk along the meadows to the crew and you will have to climb the asphalt road and then descend along the stream to Lúčky, where you can finish today's hike in a thermal swimming pool.
