A steady ascent from the beginning to the very end

The trail begins in the town district of Biely Potok and continues along an asphalt road leading to the village of Vlkolínec. At the beginning an ascent is very slight, but the closer you are to Vlkolínec the more it escalates. Behind Vlkolínec the asphalt road continues another hundred meters, it´s getting more inclined, and an asphalt base is replaced by clay, gravel, and especially an amount of free standing rocks. About 90% of visitors will certainly push their bike along this section. After passing a rocky section only a short part of the route is waiting for you to reach the finish line, as well as spectacular views.
