From Ružomberok the route will lead you onto a cycling trail undisturbedly running through the village of Biely Potok, almost along the side roads. The trail continues again behind the village, almost without ascending. Cross the state road and continue again following the path towards Podsuchá. From there, along a small brook you´ll reach the village of Liptovská Osada. The trail will lead you onto the main road Ružomberok - Banská Bystrica.
