A way for the tower with a hundred year flapper

If you don´t want to undergo long and difficult rides from the very beginning of your visit to the Liptov region, you will definitely enjoy this route. At the beginning there is an asphalt road rising slightly along the river Ľupčianka. In about less than 400 meters, the slope changes and rises increasingly, but do not worry, it will not be so forever. The ascent has a length of about two hundred meters; remember the rule that the bicycle can be pushed in a worst case. You´ll pass an old water reservoir on the left side, deeply embedded in the valley beneath you. The one hundred years old building is now hidden in the bushes and weeds. It´s a pity. But at least you´ll be rewarded with a descent on your way back to the river and a following ascent, which is really very slight. You´ll reach the gamekeeper´s lodge Kapustisko, where the road begins to ascend again. To be proper, it´ll swing you up the last sharp curve under the village, and the last metres of the route before you are much slighter. There will be a church on the right side with a tower, in which a big flapper is placed instead of a bell. A century ago, its sound used to wake up miners at four o´clock each morning. This beautiful settlement breathes history, just watch.
