You can start anywhere; we recommend that you start from the camping site Borová sihoť. Cross the rocking bridge over the river Váh and turn left. The trail will lead you along the river Váh for a while, but then it turns right and a mild ascents starts. You can find roots and stones on the trail, so you can enjoy the technical ride or just walk simply. Behind a brooklet only a short climb is waiting for you along the forest path. Turn left and enjoy your ride without technically difficult sections. The trail will lead you above the village of Liptovská Porúbka, where you can admire a magnificent view of part of the West Tatras and especially the powerful Mt Kriváň. Take a descent along an asphalt road leading to the village and following the path along the river Váh you can get back to your starting point. ATTENTION!!! – There are some trees fallen down and partially sawed in the ascent behind the rocking bridge. You can go through, but you need to push your bike. It´s a section of about 300 meters.
