Divadlo Nová scéna vzniklo v r. 1945 v intenciách novej koncepcie kultúrnej politiky v povojnovej situácii s dôrazom na rozvoj divadelnej siete na Slovensku.

Štúdio L+S je divadlo s tridsaťročnou tradíciou, ktorú výrazne ovplyvnilo pravidelné hosťovanie toho najlepšieho z českých divadelných scén a avantgardných súborov, ako aj hudobné programy. Len pár mesiacov po otvorení divadla (vtedy s názvom Štúdio S) vstúpila na jeho javisko dvojica Milan Lasica – Július Satinský, ktorí svojim humorom udali poetiku a ráz jednej z najvýznamnejších bratislavských divadelných scén.

The ÚĽUV Gallery (ÚĽUV - Folk Art Centre) is a place where exhibitions with various topics are organized, focusing on varied aspects of traditional crafts and contemporary folk art products. Besides exhibitions, the gallery also serves as a multimedia information centre.
