Siná and Bôry are without doubt the natural jewels of the Demänovská dolina valley. Our hike will be quite long and leads from the Demänovská jaskyňa slobody cave along the yellow trail to Siná (1560) and Bôry (1888) and the peak of Poľana (1890), located on the main ridge of the Low Tatras. Continue through Tri vody to Jasná, from where you can continue along the yellow trail back to Demänovská jaskyňa slobody, or you can shorten this section by scheduled bus. Please note that there is a seasonal closure in the Sina-Bôry area from 1 October to 30 June.
