The museum exists thanks to the efforts made by people who, ever since the 1970s, have been gathering historical equipment that documents the development of railway and road transport. A monumental memorial Slavín with a cemetery is a place of reverence where 6845 Soviet soldiers are buried who perished during the liberation of Bratislava and its environs in April 1945.

Visit the Museum of Pharmacy, which has 8,500 items and almost 3,000 volumes of old pharmaceutical literature, which is unique in Slovakia.

The exhibition introduces visitors to the history of the town fortifications; various types of bladed weapons, military as well as tournament arms are displayed here and a separate section is devoted to the development of firearms.

Divadlo Korzo´90 bolo založené 1. 4. 1990 a od septembra 1990 sa datuje prvá sezóna 1990/1991. V roku 1993 prijalo meno Astorka Korzo´90 podľa názvu bývalej kaviarne Astória, ktorá sa nachádzala v budove pôvodného sídla Divadla Astorka Korzo´90 na Suchom mýte 17. Od roku 2002 pôsobí Astorka na Námestí SNP 33.
