The Lipka lookout tower above the village of Unín is a perfect place for a pleasant family trip. If you long for peace, relaxation and a pleasant environment of the Záhorské forests, this trip is perfect for you.
The Lipka lookout tower above the village of Unín is a brick lookout tower in Záhorie. This lookout tower offers a view of the three sides of the world, namely east, west and south. On the north side is a typical Záhorské forest. A beautiful stone tower with a beautiful height of 11.5 meters and an interesting ascent to the viewing platform awaits you in Záhorie. Although the altitude of 418 meters in which it is located is not one of the altitudes, by local conditions it is one of the highest points in the wider area. The Lipka lookout tower has been serving the public since 2014 and entry to this viewpoint is possible at any time and free of charge. As an interesting fact, we can also say that in this brick tower you will not find a typical staircase, but metal ladders without railings. Therefore, in case of visiting smaller children, they should definitely be guarded.
