Národný park Nízke Tatry (NAPANT) is the largest Slovak National Park. It lies in Central Slovakia and its greatest attractions include numerous karstic phenomena and caves.

Brankovský waterfall is located on the western edge of the Low Tatras at the mouth of the Revúcka valley. The waterfall with its height of 55 m is the highest waterfall in the Low Tatras. At the same time, it ranks in the top five highest waterfalls in Slovakia. The amount of water that flows through a waterfall depends on precipitation, ie also on the season. The waterfall and its surroundings have been a national natural monument since 1980. It belongs to the Low Tatras National Park. Despite its importance, the waterfall is little known to visitors to Liptov. In the winter months, the Brankovský waterfall turns into an ice wall covered with many trinkets and other ice formations.

TARZANIA is a rope park built of various rope obstacles, which are hung at a height on the trees. In the park you will find two routes of different difficulty for adults (height over 150 cm) and of course a route for small children. The average time to complete the most difficult route is 1.5 hours.

Demänovská jaskyňa slobody is part of the huge underground karst system in the valley Demänovská dolina below the Nízke Tatry Mts. It boasts a unique drip stone ornamentation, which makes it one of the most beautiful caves of Europe.

If you are a fan of adrenaline sports, then your holiday in Liptov cannot be done without a visit to the mountain bobsleigh track in FUN PARK Žiarka. The bobsled track is situated in the popular Demänovská valley, specifically in the Liptov village of Pavčina Lehota. Because accommodation in Slovakia is so popular in this picturesque area, every year this attraction gains new fans among adults and children. It is not only the first track built in the Liptov region, but also the first track of this type in Slovakia. The total length of the track is 1000 m and it is the steepest track in our territory, with a total elevation of 120 meters. The maximum speed that can be reached is limited to 45 km / h. You can determine whether you reach it by simply moving the lever towards you (braking) or away from you (accelerating). The reason why the bobsleigh track in FUN PARK Žiarka is proud of its uniqueness is that the beans in which you are firmly attached are lowered on a single aluminum tube at a height of approximately one meter above the ground. You don't have to worry at all, the bobsled ride is safe and can be done by children from 7 years of age. If you have a child who has not yet reached the age of seven, it is possible to go in one bomb together but only up to the maximum allowed weight of 120 kg. There are a total of 16 curves on the track. The high attractiveness of the bobsled track is completed by 2 ramps, through which the track passes and, last but not least, 6 off-road jumps. The bobsleigh track and all its accessories are from the Austrian manufacturer BRANDAUER.

On the right side of the valley Demänovská dolina below the northern slopes of the mountains Nízke Tatry is another cave open to public - Demänovská ľadová jaskyňa.

The wooden articled Evangelical church near the village Svätý Kríž is one of the largest wooden buildings in the Central Europe which was moved here from Paludza between 1974 and 1982.

Rural colonizing Gothic church, built in the last third of the 13th century in the area between Ružomberok and Liptovská Štiavnica. Before 1466, they added a two-storey prismatic tower on the west side, and at the beginning of the 16th century the church was extended by a south nave with a new entrance.

The first Celtic room in our region "Celts in Horehronie", where visitors will find objects and tools that were discovered in this area during archaeological research, or a 3D model of the seat of the Celts - Hrádok.

Likavský hrad is situated in the north-western part of Liptov. The Castle was referred to for the first time in 1315. Its construction started with the intention to have a guarding point over the passage across the river Váh and the trade route from the Váh Basin to Orava and further to Poland.
